Nightline is a confidential and anonymous listening support service. It is run by volunteers throughout the night and allows university students to talk about whatever is on their mind. Every university has its own Nightline that is run by students from their university : in our case, the University of London.  http://nightline.org.uk/


  • Papyrus is an amazing website with lots of advice and discussions about suicide in young people. They also have a hotline that you can call if you need to talk to someone: https://papyrus-uk.org/help-advice/

  • If you have a UK SIM: you can call the Samaritans hotline. They are active 24 hours a day for 365 days of the year: 116 123 or +44 (0) 8457 90 90 90

  • If you have a French SIM:  you can all Suicide Écoute who are active every day from 00:00 to 23:00 : 01 45 39 40 00

  • If you have a US phone number: you can call 1-800-784-2433
