Today, the 5th July 2012, the Times Higher Education website posted an article about ULIP entitled "British institute puts the accent on French connections" - Though its infuriating that people still fail to recognise ULIP as a stand-alone university, rather than just an institute, this article does praise ULIP in a number of ways, making particular reference to our fantastic location in the heart of Paris. Bizarrely the article mentions that ULIP boasts "an exceptionally high recruitment of boys" - not entirely sure where that came from! Either way, its nice that ULIP is finally getting some kind of recognition in the British media - and its about time too! ULIP is a university so often overlooked in higher education guides and the like. It is therefore an exciting development that we receiving at least some attention from these influential medias.
Dissappointing However, it is a great shame that no students were asked of their experience at ULIP. It's all very well speaking to the lecturers and the dean, but to get a real insight into the success of ULIP, surely the students are the go-to interviewees?! Regardless, any press is good press right?
